The human resources are the huge value added of this enterprise. The internal organization consists of the following organisms: the board of directors composed of mechanical engineers, a pool of students that provides the necessary human capital to carry out the projects and a pool of experts. In the event of projects with a high conceptual demand we choose a tutor with the profile and necessary experience and suit the discipline concerned. MASA was founded by highly motivated engineers with a huge interest in the technological world and rigor during the execution of the projects. The founders have extended their Msc in Engineering with Postgraduate courses and studies abroad. |

| Colaborator's structure | ||||
To avoid saturation, MASA has developed a pool with external collaborators. The pool of students provides the necessary human capital to carry out the projects and meet the deadline. In their first projects, the students execute concrete parts of the projects working as Collaborator, directed by the Project Manager and the directive board. After three finished projects, the students and junior engineers have the possibility to collaborate a Project Managers, in order to lead and organize the projects. On the other hand, the pool of experts makes possible to face conceptual difficulties that can come up during the execution of the projects. It is integrate by experts of different sectors of the industry and university professors. |
